I was having a good laugh the other day imagining if it had been called “The Worriers”.
Our main group of protagonists:
a group of poor punks severely
delayed in their cross
town mission due to extended
pessimistic thought processes
and fear.
“Don’t run down in the subway - there might be an accident!”
“I’m a bit worried about turning down this street. There might be another gang there.”
“Don’t you think we should go back home and have a shower and eat some chicken and vegetables.”
“Sorry to interrupt, but if you dink those Coke bottles together too hard you might break one.”
The Velvet Underground formed to be a gang of sorts. There is a gang mentality to being in a band. Like having classmates again.
